I'm Anna. So glad you're here.
As an opera singer I've spent the last 10 years of my life on the stage. During that time I've had my fair share of fear, self doubt and imposter syndrome and have gotten to know perfectionism intimately!
I've also experienced the pure joy and effortlessness of being in complete alignment with my values; that sense of flow that comes through when I'm singing and living from a place of worthiness, passion and purpose.
I wondered; If these experiences are possible some of the time, why shouldn't they be possible all the time?
This exploration lead me to my training and to starting my business as a Certified Professional Coach where I help my clients own their unique gifts and kick perfectionism to the curb
